 These are newly renovated with new carpet, paint, tile, cabinets and granite counter tops. The rooms are very large; 2 are shared and 2 are private. It is furnished, including new air conditioning and dishwashers. Free Laundry in each apartment.  It is in an awesome location, just 1/2 block from USU. There is parking available for each tenant.
