parking permits

⦁ Parking Permits are required for all lots & driveways.

⦁ Limited number of permits.

⦁ Permits are issued yearly in August. 

⦁ Permit fee must be paid before obtaining a permit.

⦁ Tenants must pick up the permit at the office, during office hours or by appointment.

  PARKING PERMIT: Parking spaces are limited.  To guarantee a permit, you must complete the following:

🔸 Log onto your Room Choice account: 

       1.  Under Personal Information: Make sure vehicle information is given. Add or update info as needed.

       2.  Under Ledger: Look to see if Parking Permit Fee is listed.

       3.  Under Ledger: If Parking fee is listed, then make sure the fee has been paid by looking to see if you have a balance due.

       4.  Under Ledger: If Parking fee is NOT listed, & you want to purchase a permit, then email parking@apartmentsbyusu.com . 

            If a permit is available it will be added to your ledger. 

       5.  Pay Fee: Once it is approved and added to your ledger.
