EARLY CHECK IN:
🔸 The turn around time period is very short between the school year checkouts and when the summer semester begins. We try to get all apartments ready as soon as we can, but it is difficult to commit to specific days and times because of the uncertainty of any necessary cleaning, or repairs. We will not know the condition of the apartment until after all checkout inspections are completed. We will do our best to get them ready quickly.
🔸Our goal is to have them ready by Monday May 5th. Some apartments may be ready by Saturday evening, May 3rd.
🔸Tenants may check in early once:
1. Notification has been received that the apartment is cleaned & ready.
2. Pay the early move-in fee of $5 per day.
✦ Do not move in or stay at the apartment without checking in. Violation of this will incur a substantial amount of additional early move in fees.

We try to get all of the apartments ready as soon as we can but it is difficult to commit to specific days and times because of the uncertainty of any necessary cleaning, carpet cleaners schedule, and repairs. We will not know the condition of the apartment until after all checkout inspections are completed and sometimes after cleaners have cleaned. We will do our best to get them ready quickly.
🔸 We plan to have each apartment ready by Monday August 18th. Unforeseen repairs may delay this.
🔸 Tenants may check-in early once:
1. Received Notification that the apartment is cleaned & ready.
2. Paid the early move-in fee: There is an early move in fee of $5 a day prior to the contract start date. Do not move in or stay at
the apartment without checking in. Violation of this will incur a substantial amount of additional early move in fees. If your
apartment is ready the move in fees will be as follows;
Monday August 18th: $25
Tuesday August 19th: $20
Wednesday August 20th: $15
Thursday August 21st: $10
Friday August 22nd: $5

✦ We will try to prioritize the cleaning schedule.
✦ You will be notified when your apartment is ready for moving in.
PARKING PERMIT: Parking spaces are limited. To guarantee a permit, you must complete the following:
🔸 Log onto your Room Choice account:
1. Under Personal Information: Make sure vehicle information is given. Add or update info as needed.
2. Under Ledger: Look to see if Parking Permit Fee is listed.
3. Under Ledger: If Parking fee is listed, then make sure the fee has been paid by looking to see if you have a balance due.
4. Under Ledger: If Parking fee is NOT listed, & you want to purchase a permit, make sure you have selected that on the
pre-check-in form. If a parking permit is available it will be added to your ledger.
5. Pay Fee: Once it is approved and added to your ledger.
